Sie sind unter anderem für die Annahme von Aufträgen sowie Analysen von Arbeitsplatz-Auslastungen in Gebäuden zuständig. Bei Airbus als Luft

**Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben gehören**:

- Annahme von Aufträgen sowie Analysen von Arbeitsplatz Auslastungen in Gebäuden
- Sicherstellung einer effektiven Büroraumplanung
- Planung und Abwicklung von Umzügen und Umbaumaßnahmen sowie ggf. Möbelbeschaffung
- Flächenzuordnung und -nutzung sowie kostenstellenbezogene Verrechnung in den entsprechenden IT-Tools
- Dokumentation und Archivierung aller zeichnungsrelevanten Daten
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsprozessen im Bereich Gebäudemanagement
- Entwicklung neuer Arbeitsplatzwelten (Activity-based working sowie hybrid working)
- Transformation alter Bestandgebäude in moderne, nachhaltige Bürowelten

**Wir wünschen uns**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Innenarchitektur / Interior Design, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Bauzeichner oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, im Bauwesen und in der Innenarchitektur / Interior Design
- Ausgeprägte Integrations-, Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Tools: AutoCAD, Google Workspace
