- Du führst ca. 20 Consultants und entwickelst sie durch Vertrauen und Expertise entsprechend ihren Stärken und der strategischen Ausrichtung weiter
- Daneben treibst du mit Leidenschaft und Engagement den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der IT-Security-Themen, entwickelst neue Geschäftsideen und analysierst Trends
- Du betreust und entwickelst unserer Bestandskund*innen und verantwortest die Kundenzufriedenheit in den Projekten
- Du verantwortest die Business Excellence des Themas inkl. Profit und Loss und stellst den fachlichen und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Projekte sicher
- Weiterhin arbeitest du eng mit unserem Recruiting-Bereich zusammen, um neue Teammitglieder zu gewinnen
- Aktives Networking und Marketing gehören ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie die Förderung von Fachvorträgen und die Veröffentlichung von Beiträgen im Thema innerhalb der MMS und bei Kund*innen
**Das bringst du im Bereich IT Security Mit**:
- Führungskompetenz und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kolleg*innen und Kund*innen
- Berufserfahrung in der IT-Sicherheit und Security Beratung
- Begeisterung für der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Fähigkeit, die Entwicklung individueller Stärken zu unterstützen
- Leidenschaft für Projekte im IT-Security-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Security Management und Compliance
- Erfahrungen in und Spaß an Geschäftsentwicklung im dynamischen Security-Umfeld
- Freude am aktiven Networking mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten inklusive aktivem Zuhören
- Technologieverständnis und Interesse für technische Security und Innovationen im Themenbereich
