**Job Summary/Purpose***:
**Implementation of Rewards plans, processes and policies for a dedicated client group (mainly Germany & Austria) and act as Business Partner to provide competitive and cost-effective Rewards practices in close collaboration with the Rewards Services team.**

**Your Key Responsibilities**

**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- **Ensure the operational conversion of the Rewards strategic goals within a dedicated client group.**:

- **Participate in and analyse surveys, study labor markets to determine rewards trends to ensure Sandoz value proposition remains fair, competitive and aligned to country Business Plan and local market trends. Understand Sandoz specific talent needs/priorities.**:

- **Coordinate and support the administration of rewards programs on a recurring basis for assigned client group or country.**:

- **Analyze jobs and specifications on an ad hoc or recurring basis and support the job evaluation process for assigned client groups.**:

- **Participate in the elaboration and deployment of communication and training programs to enhance P&O, line managers and associates’ understanding of country Rewards plans and processes.**:

- **Conduct country cost analysis on C&B programs.**:

- **Ensure country and Group governance are known and properly applied whenever required.**:

- **Actively involved in Rewards project implementation, also supporting the Rewards Director with works council negotiation preparation.**:

- **Calculate non-standard offer and severance packages when/if required in collaboration with Executive Rewards or Rewards Services team.**

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Rewards
- Familiar with working in a complex, matrix environment with continuous change and occasionally conflicting priorities
- Analytical and numbers oriented background essential
- Communication, presentation skills required
- English and German required
