**Aufgaben**:
Verantwortung für das Marketing aller Lifestyle und Sportmarken-bezogenen Themen sowie abteilungsübergreifendes Schnittstellenmanagement und Koordination innerhalb des Deichmann Retail-Konzepts in Deutschland und Europa
Verantwortung und Koordination des europaweiten Marketings für die Marke FILA Europe sowie für unsere Sport
- und Lifestylemarken
Planung, Umsetzung sowie stetige Weiterentwicklung der europäischen Marketingstrategie für die Marke FILA
Sicherstellung einer konsequenten Markenführung und Kampagnen-Planung in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden internen (bspw. Marketing, PR, Einkauf) sowie externen Schnittstellen und Partnern (bspw. Sublizenznehmer, Media
- und Kreativ-Agenturen, internationale Stakeholder)
Management und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Lizenz
- und Kooperationsgeschäfts sowie Identifikation potentieller Markenkooperationen
Budget-Planung und -Verantwortung
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Brand & Licensing Teams

**Profil**:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mehrjährige und einschlägige Berufserfahrungen im Brand
- oder Produktmarketing, idealerweise mit Sports
- & Lifestyle Brands
Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams
Profunde Kenntnisse und ein gutes Gespür für den (internationalen) Lifestyle
- & Fashionmarkt verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, aus diesen Kenntnissen zukunftsorientierte Wachstumsstrategien abzuleiten
Erfahrung in der Identifikation von Prozess-Ineffizienzen und deren Optimierung in komplexen Unternehmens-Umfeldern sowie im internationalen Kontext
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und regelmäßiger Umgang mit relevanten KPIs
Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Begeisterungsfähigkeit, positives Auftreten und Hands-on-Mentalität
