**Job Description**:

- Support our Dunning calls team on their day-to-day work
- Contribute to our client’s success by executing outbound calls and responding to requests from external customers relating to Accounts Receivable inquiries
- Utilize workflow and ERP tools to document customer requests and ensure proper handling of issues

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled student (all genders) in the fields of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, International Relations, Foreign Languages, Translating & Interpreting or related direction
- A certain affinity for numbers, reliability and a careful and structured way of working
- Previous experience in contacting customers is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory, further languages such as French or Spanish is a plus
- A high level of communication skills, willingness to learn and team spirit

Additional Information
- Contract location would be **Göppingen, Germany**:

- Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.300,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.040,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
