In order to support the department “Communication Advisor Connected Intelligence” Airbus Defence and Space in Ottobrunn near Munich is looking for a

**Communication Advisor Connected Intelligence (d/f/m)**:
You will join an international team of communication professionals responsible for the global corporate communication activities of Airbus Defence and Space.

Your mission will be to lead the elaboration and execution of the communications strategies and projects in the field of Connected Intelligence as one of the AD programme lines.

Our team is responsible for defining the AD communications priorities and for the development and project management of relevant communication plans together with all necessary stakeholders (360° communication).

The position provides an interesting span of different roles and activities:

- From building a communications strategy and plan, via project management, to pro-actively executing tasks and constant monitoring. We hereby always ensure measuring the performance of the defined communication activities based on the Airbus Defence and Space positioning narrative.
- The position holder acts as an advisor and strategic partner to the Connected Intelligence community for communication topics.

This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive communications plan, define communication priorities and manage the execution for Connected Intelligence
- Act as Communications Advisor to the business and the Executive Committee Member of CI in terms of appropriate messaging to our key target audience, the Broader Public
- Define key messages in line with business and being responsible for the end-to-end communication process related to Connected Intelligence topics
- Monitoring and measuring the performance and impact according to predefined targets of the respective communications project or topic
- Assessing the communication impact via KPI analysis, providing key recommendations accordingly, to ensure continuously improved communications
- Representing Communications within the business and representing the business within Communications
- Interacting, coordinating and drum beating all related communication activities in a transversal mindset with the channel owners (internal and external) and content team (audiovisual, editorial).

**Desired skills and qualifications**:

- You are educated to a degree in communication, Journalistic, or a similar field of study
- You have an holistic and transversal thinking and acting communications professional

- You have experience in the frame of Connected Intelligence, Change Management and social media channels, with a focus on collaborative and collective ways of working
- You have proven knowledge in project management
- You have a strong interpersonal communication skills
- You have extensive experience in different areas of communication (branding, media relations, content creation, digital media, communication strategy and planning)
- You have a creative and innovative mindset, with strong storytelling, writing and editorial skills
- You have the ability to interface with the different management levels, including the top management, and to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment
- You are a good team player and have excellent communication skills as you will be working in a dynamic multi-national teams in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
- You speak german as a native speaker and excellent English (understanding Spanish or French would be a plus)
