**Aufgaben**
- **Aufbau und Leitung des zentralen Projekt Management Office (PMO) mit dem Ziel, die Umsetzung der Projektportfolios unter optimaler Auslastung des Personals zu gewährleisten**
- **Koordination und Steuerung der internen und externen Ressourcen zwischen den einzelnen Projekten und ihren Anforderungen**
- **Gesellschaftsübergreifende Mitarbeiterführung von ca. 20 internen Mitarbeitern an 5 Standorten (AUG, NOR, HAM, STD, VAR)**
- **Auswahl und Beauftragung von externen Dienstleistern (Subcontractoren) in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Einkaufs
- und Fachabteilungen.**
- **Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Prozesse und Regularien im Zusammenhang mit der Beauftragung von externen PMO Dienstleistern**
- **Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Einführung eines einheitlichen Projektmanagementsystems (Standards, Prozesse, Methoden und Tools)**
- **Aufbau und Förderung von Karrierepfaden für die PMO Organisation, sowie die Zertifizierung von Projektleitern**

**Qualifikation**
- **Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, z.B. Dipl.Ing. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- **Sehr gute Kenntnisse und langjährige Praxiserfahrung im operativen Projektmanagement (idealerweise mit Zertifizierung)
- **Erfahrung in der Leitung von standortübergreifenden Teams
- **Verhandlungssichere Deutsch / Englischkenntnisse**
