We are looking for a (mid-Level) IT Service Delivery - System Administrator (Internal IT) (f/m/d) to join our IT Service Desk team to create the best internal IT experience and work with cross-functional stakeholders within the company. You’ll have the chance to innovate technology, processes and products affecting the whole organisation. - Provide customer-oriented support to employees with their IT-related issues.
- Handle troubleshooting, installation, and support tasks for Windows, macOS, and Linux-based systems.
- Address the issues of colleagues both onsite and through remote sessions.
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments, participating in cross-functional projects.
- Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies.
- Utilise technical knowledge of end-user devices to troubleshoot incidents on Windows and macOS.
- Manage and prioritise tickets and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and satisfactory customer service.
**Your heroic skills**:
- A degree in Computer Science, vocational training in Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in system administration and IT.
- Proficient in user management across Active Directory, AzureAD, and Google Workspace.
- High ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset and a drive to identify and address root causes.
- High service orientation and an ability to empathise with and understand the customer's perspective.
- Strong communication skills in English.
**Nice to have**:
- Experience working in an international Agile Environment.
- Certification, such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL.
- Knowledge of Jira and scripting languages.
