Network/firewall Administrator

We - Netregie Sarl - a medium-sized company and IT consulting partner in the financial sector in Luxembourg, are looking for a new colleague for our customer, a German battery manufacturer; we are looking for a N**etwork/Firewall Administrator** (f/m/d) **(CA-95720)** from mid-October.

**What you will do**:

- Administration and further development of the network infrastructure
- Setting up and operating the global firewall and VPN infrastructure
- Tendering and planning of new lines and services
- Monitoring and documentation of the network infrastructure
- Planning and implementation of international IT infrastructure projects

**What your qualifications must be**:

- Many years of experience as a network/firewall administrator
- Experienced knowledge of common components in the LAN/WAN/WLAN environment
- In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, troubleshooting, TCP/IP, VPN, IPSEC, network security, network services
- Good knowledge of common network topologies and protocols
- Good knowledge of the Cisco product range (IOS, Nexus, Catalyst, ISE, WIFI), Checkpoint (NG Firewall, VPN) and Kemp (Load Balancing & Reverse Proxy)
- First experience in project management (PRINCE2) desirable

The work is carried out exclusively in the client's office in Ellwangen, Germany. Language requirements: English and German, another language, would be an advantage.
