Associate Retail Investment West (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben
Entwicklung von Akquiseansätzen und Unterstützung bei der Akquise von Verkaufs
- und Ankaufsmandaten (z.B. auch von Off-Market Ansätzen)
Akquise neuer Kunden (z.B. Erweiterung des Kundenstamms bei bestehenden Klienten aber auch durch Cold Calls)
Übernahme von Client Management Aufgaben zugewiesener Kunden
Übernahme einzelner Verantwortlichkeiten für komplexe Prozessschritte der An
- und Verkaufsprozesse. Dies beinhaltet: Vorbereitung von Pitch-Unterlagen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Durchführung wirtschaftlichen Projektanalysen (Marktresearch, Bewertung der Immobilie, Vergleichstransaktionen (Leasing & Capital Markets), Konkurrenzanalyse, Objektanalyse)
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Sales Story des zu verkaufenden Assets
Teilnahme an Pitches und professionelle Repräsentation von JLL auf Kundenseite
Erstellung von Vermarktungsunterlagen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Ansprache potentieller Käufer im Rahmen des Vermarktungsprozesses (Vorstellung der Produkte) sowie Durchführung von Besichtigungen im Objekt
Teilnahme an Bietergesprächen und Kaufvertragsverhandlungen
Professioneller Ansprechpartner für Kunden im Rahmen der Due Diligence

Eigenverantwortliches Erstellen von Marktpräsentation für interne und extern Zwecke
Mitarbeit bei der Definition von Cross-Selling Optionen im Kontakt mit Kollegen aus anderen sogenannten Nutzungsklassen (Asset Classes) im Bereich Capital Markets als auch Leasing
Vertiefung der vorhandenen Marktkenntnisse des internationalen / nationalen / lokalen Marktes in der eigenen Nutzungsklasse bzw. den eigenen Nutzungsklassen
Ausbau und Vertiefung der eigenen Kundenkontakte im Rahmen der Transaktionsbegleitung
- auch auf Senior Level auf der Kundenseite
Kontaktpflege zu Kollegen der Büros und gleicher Abteilungen anderer nationaler und internationaler Büros

Ihr Profil
Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft etc. alternativ abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Immobilien Kaufmann plus langjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im Bereich Vermietung oder Verkauf von Immobilien mit großem Track Record
Mehrjährige (mindestens 4 Jahre) relevante Berufserfahrung im Immobilienbereich (Vorzugsweise in einem Beraterhaus, Assetmanager, Investor oder Projektentwickler)
Nachweislich mindestens gute Kenntnisse im Immobiliengeschäft und die damit einhergehenden Prozesse für den An
- und Verkauf von Immobilien
Erfahrung in der Akquise von An
- und Verkaufsmandaten
Vorhandenes Netzwerk im Immobilienmarkt, vorzugsweise zu Privaten Investoren, Family Offices und Developern
Fähig, selbständig und routiniert Financial Modelling für Immobilienobjekte zu erstellen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere in Microsoft Excel und Microsoft PowerPoint
Kenntnisse immobilienspezifischer Softwareprogramme wie z.B. ARGUS
Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und der fachlichen Leitung von Teil-Projektteams, Teamfähigkeit in sich abwechselnden Projektteams, Eigenständigkeit und -initiative
Erfahren in der Vermittlung von Wissen an juniorigere Kollegen, um diese zu weiterzuentwickeln
Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche nationale Reisen
