**Responsibilities**:

- Support B2B Fleet Sales Coordination:

- Collaborate with the Fleet Sales team to support and coordinate B2B sales initiatives and activities.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the sales performance of B2B Fleet services across European markets.
- Support in administrative duties on HQ level (procurement process, invoice handling, etc.)
- Market Research and Analysis:

- Consolidate market input specific to B2B Fleet services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze market developments, trends, and competitors in the B2B Fleet sector.
- Initiative and Project Development:

- Support the creation of strategies to enhance B2B Fleet sales and market presence.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Facilitate regular communication within the B2B Fleet Sales team and with other internal departments.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and trainings related to B2B Fleet sales topics.
- Sales Conference and Events:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure successful representation of B2B Fleet services in events.
- Used Cars:

- Support in writing down of Remarketing Process from Defleet to Sale of our own Used Cars and in setting-up this process in our 11 LE markets.

**What you bring along**:

- Educational Background:

- Studying Business Administration, International Management, Business Engineering, Economics, or a comparable course with a focus on B2B sales/marketing.
- Language Proficiency:

- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of another foreign language is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency:

- Confident in handling MS-Office365, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Industry Affinity:

- Strong interest in automotive and electric mobility, particularly in the context of B2B Fleet services.
- Personal Skills and Working Approach:

- Quick perception, hands on mentality, not shy to challenge the status quo, team-oriented, communicative, and possess strong organizational talents.
- Drivers license required
- Assisting in the coordination of test drives or demonstrations for potential B2B Fleet customers.
- Supporting the logistics and coordination of vehicle deliveries or pickups for external and internal usage.
