We are looking for an experienced user experience designer who is passionate about understanding user needs and delighting them with well-integrated and engaging solutions

**YOUR Responsibilites**:

- You will work in our cross-functional and global project team on the development of our measurement devices and software solutions in the field of water quality.
- You will identify problem areas in existing user workflows and develop concepts to solve them. You will consider safety guidelines, ease of use, deployment environment and company standards.
- You will design wireframes, storyboards, interactive prototypes and participate in the design of mechanical prototypes.
- You present the targeted design solutions to the respective stakeholders and find the best solution in discussions with the various departments (mechanical, electronic, software engineers), taking usability, feasibility and cost targets into account.
- You support the selection and design of suitable usability tests. You participate in the execution of the tests on-site at the customer and remotely. You create test documents and perform the evaluation. You present the results to the project team and derive design recommendations from them.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- You are characterized by the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with technical topics.
- You enjoy working in teams and have excellent communication skills.
- You are proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, XD), Axure RP as well as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
