Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von individuellen Schulungskonzepten mit Fokus auf Kommunikation und Fachwissen
- Optimierung, Weiterentwicklung und Controlling von komplexen Arbeitsprozessen
- Erstellen und Optimieren von Coachingkonzepten sowie individuelle Durchführung von Coachingmaßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter\*innen
- Begleitung neuer Mitarbeiter: Innen während der gesamten Einarbeitungsphase und Unterstützung der neuen Kolleg\*innen als Mentor mit einem stets offenen Ohr
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen\*innen des Stabsteam
- Mitarbeiter an nationalen und internationalen Projekten
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder vergleichbare Erfahrung als Trainer\*in oder Coach in einem Contact-/Service-Center
- Spaß an der Vermittlung sowie der Aus
- und Weiterbildung von Mitarbeiter\*innen
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainingsmaßnahmen und Coachings
- Souveränes und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten sowie eine selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- vorzugsweise Erfahrungen im Mahnwesen
- gerne auch Quereinsteiger aus ähnlichen Bereichen oder Berufsanfänger
- sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office
