**AUFGABEN**
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Netzanforderungen und der technischen Richtlinien sicher und hast Budget und Terminplanung stets im Blick.
- Mit deiner technischen Expertise begleitest du sowohl behördliche Genehmigungsverfahren als auch Ausschreibungsverfahren von der Erstellung der Projektunterlagen bis hin zur Durchführung.
- Auch die Verhandlung von EPC-Verträgen wird von dir übernommen.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du Deine Kollegen* bei der Projektentwicklung bzgl. der Standortsuche und erstellst Anlagenkonzepte.

**PROFIL**
- Du hast ein technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt erneuerbare Energien erfolgreich absolviert oder eine vergleichbare Aus
- und Weiterbildung abgeschlossen.
- Im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich der Planung von Solarparks, kannst Du einschlägige Erfahrungen vorweisen.
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung gesammelt.
- Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer* mit einer strukturierten und verlässlichen Arbeitsweise.
- Ein hohes technisches Verständnis zeichnet Dich ebenso aus, wie eine strategisch-unternehmerische Denkweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
- Du besitzt den Führerschein der Klasse B und bist bereit gelegentlich nationale Reisetätigkeiten zu übernehmen.
