**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Healy World GmbH is a leading company in the health and wellness sector and is currently looking for a dedicated **Instructional Design Senior Coordinator (m/w/d) **for the **Mainz location. **As an Instructional Design Coordinator**, **you will be responsible for the creation of Training Systems and manuals. You will create workshops, and copywriting content for training. You will also provide training programs and event related communications.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Creation of Training Systems for implementation into the network
- Development and maintaining Training Manuals
- Development and maintaining tools and resources to support practical implementation of training
- Administering workshops, and copywriting content for training
- Developing Concepts and training modules to increase member engagement
- Coordinating, selecting and developing training programs
- Managing key elements of The Healy Academy
- Providing training program and event related communications
- Surveys and assessment of resources implemented / Training provided.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Demonstrated contribution to the Learning and Development (L&D) profession.
- At least 5 years of experience
- Undergraduate qualifications any related discipline (e.g. Training & Development, Adult Education, E-Learning Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Vocational Education & Training, Coaching) or equivalent.
