**Context**:

**Missions**:

- Preparation and evaluation of various operating KPIs through generation of analyses and reports
- KPI calculation and harmonization among countries and categories
- Process documentation and regularly control of accuracy of KPIs calculation
- Support and coordination of operational team to understand KPIs performance and define action plan
- Tracking of action points based on performance review

About you
- Bachelor or Master student with a strong interest in the FMCG industry
- First practical experience through working student activities or completed internships
- Strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially very good knowledge of Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in English - spoken and written. Good knowledge of German as a plus
- High degree of personal responsibility and flexibility
- Agile Thinker and Teamplayer

**Are you eligible for a V.I.E?**

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
- You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
- You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
- You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
- You have never done a V.I.E before.

**What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?**
- There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
- You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
- Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
- The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
