Currently, I am looking for an analytical, tenacious, and open-minded Senior Product Owner (f/m/x) to join my dynamic team and report directly to me. You will work at the heart of our innovation efforts and will be the driving force behind Storage24’s growth. You will be collaborating with various departments like Sales & Marketing, Finance, or Facility Management to develop project plans and manage project execution.This is an exciting, international opportunity for a data-driven and strategic project management professional with a knack for digitization.This will be a hybrid role - you can work from home or in one of our offices in Lorch (close to Stuttgart), in Munich, or in Seichamps (France). We would like you to meet your team in the office 1-2 days per week.

Tasks

As Senior Product Owner (f/m/x) you will drive innovation and excellence and support Storage24 in continuous improvement.
You will lead key initiatives, including current projects such as e-rental, creating a lifecycle database, or working on reporting improvement. Your mission is to collaborate, strategize, and execute effectively to deliver high-quality products that align with our company's overarching goals. This is a challenging and rewarding role for a curious, empathetic, and structured individual who is passionate about cross-departmental work and driving change.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to define a product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and create a roadmap accordingly.
- Effective Requirements Management: Gather and prioritize product requirements to meet customer needs and business objectives. Utilize project management methodologies for efficient planning, tracking, and execution of development tasks.
- Project Excellence: Develop comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies. Manage project execution, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

**Requirements**:
I am looking for a solution-oriented and diplomatic individual who loves to build and change things with the team. You are exceptionally well organized and have a can-do attitude. You combine strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when necessary.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration (any degree)
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in the same field (e.g. software development)
- Proven experience in product and project management, ideally agile development methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining a focus on product quality and project timelines
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering productive relationships with teams and stakeholders
- Resilience, ability to manage stress, priorities, and unforeseen events
- Business fluency in English, spoken and written
