**HiveMQ's Vision for this role**:
This role is primarily focused on commercial contracts including customer negotiations and implementation of adequate processes, with a bit of "everything else" that comes up as an in-house lawyer in a scale-up company. As our second lawyer on board, you'll get exposure to every level and area of the business working closely with our Head of Legal, sales, customer success, product management, people and engineering teams, and being part of an agile, growing and creative organization helping to manage its legal risk profile. Your tasks will contain IT, contract and commercial law, product counsel work, data protection topics, compliance, IP law and other fields of legal and commercial topics. In this role you will have the opportunity to make many aspects of it your own based on your interests and can make a true difference. You will help to develop and manage legal processes and an adequate organization across the business as we scale for growth.

And finally, the "only constant at a scale-up is change", and so you need to be a creative self-starter who is comfortable with change, who has a hands-on approach in day-to-day work, and who enjoys a fast pace. Come build something fun with us
