For our Competence Center IT & Digital we are looking for a M365 Architect (M/F/d) for our location in Sofia (Bulgaria).

**Your Tasks**:

- Administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform
- Core administration M365 Tenant
- Responsible for the definition of global settings and governance processes rolling out M365 in the business units
- Work closely with Domain and Enterprise Architecture to support the M365 technology roadmap
- Consult the Business Units and other departments deploying custom Microsoft 365 solutions
- License allocation & reporting
- Evaluation and optimization of licenses and service costs
- Ensure compliance with Phoenix enterprise security standards and policies.

**Your Profile**:

- Training as an IT Architect / Engineer in system integration or comparable training.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 license management (SharePoint, MS Teams, Dynamics 365, Exchange online, Azure) and willingness to expand this and acquire the relevant certifications.
- Professional knowledge of AAD and PowerShell.
- Team player with service-oriented mindset.
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
