**Overview**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MIG and TIG Assembly Welder with a focus on Aluminum Industry to join our team. As a MIG and TIG Assembly Welder, you will play a crucial role in assembling and welding Aluminum components using MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding techniques. Your expertise in Aluminum welding and your attention to detail will ensure the production of high-quality welded structures and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications to understand the welding requirements for Aluminum assembly projects.
- Assembly of the body of the car body according to the drawing.
- Welding of aluminum profiles using MIG and TIG methods
- Miscellaneous grinding and straightening work on the assemblies
- Measurement control of the welded parts
- Carrying out the final inspection
- Load transport with the crane
- Inspect welded assemblies for accuracy, weld quality, and adherence to Aluminum industry standards, making necessary adjustments and repairs as required.
- Ensure proper fit-up and alignment of Aluminum parts prior to welding, using fixtures, jigs, and measuring tools.
- Follow Aluminum welding procedures, quality control measures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and produce welds that meet industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including materials used, weld inspection results, and work completed, to ensure traceability, compliance with quality standards, and documentation for regulatory purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Completed basic training as a plant and apparatus engineer, metal worker, or comparable.
- Proven experience as a MIG and TIG welder in the Aluminum industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive welding symbols, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good written and spoken German (min. level A2)
- Knowledge of Aluminum metals and materials, including steel and aluminum alloys, used in car manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Aluminum welding safety procedures, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements, and industry regulations (e.g., ISO, AWS).
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail to meet Aluminum industry standards and aesthetic requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address welding-related challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications.
- Ready to Relocate to Bussnang (Switzerland)

**Salary**: 5,500.00€ - 6,200.00€ per month

**Experience**:

- Aluminum Welding: 3 years (preferred)
