**Aufgabenbereich**
- Die Rolle Head of Agency Management & Training ist in der Konzernfunktion Corporate Brand, Communications & Public Affairs, Abteilung Bran angesiedelt. Das Hauptaugenmerk dieser Abteilung gilt der Marke: diese zu schützen, wachsen zu lassen sowie markenkonformes Arbeiten sowohl durch ZEISS Mitarbeiter als auch externe Partner wie z.B. Agenturen sicherzustellen.- Hauptverantwortlich für das funktionsübergreifende, Unternehmensweite Agenturmanagement zur Qualitätssicherung und Befähigung interner Kollegen und externen Partner und Agentur für markenkonformes Arbeiten sein
- Leiten des zugehörigen Team „Agency Management & Training in der Konzernfunktion Corporate Brand & Communications, Bereich Brand - Abteilung Brand Deployment & Training fachlich und disziplinarisch
- Steuerung des Agenturmanagement vom Konzern
- Ausbau und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Agency Management Systematik
- Fortführung der Konzeption und Implementierung standardisierter und digitalisierter Prozesse (z.B. Agentur Bewertungsmechanismus, Aufbau eines Analytics / Monitoring Dashboard..) siehe auch untenstehender Punkt: digitale Lösung
- Führen der Unternehmens-internen, international aufgestellten Expertengruppe /-multiplikatoren “Agency Management Sounding Board”
- Kontinuierliche Anwendung der Agency Management Systematik mit Fokus auf die Hauptmärkte DE, USA, CN o Transparenzschaffung des globalen Partner / Dienstleister Portfolios
- Konzeption und Umsetzung Enablement der Konzern Gruppe durch verschiedene Maßnahmen, wie z.B. diverse Trainingsformate für Unternehmens-Mitarbeiter und externe Partner (siehe Punkt Training) sowie unterstützende Materialien
- Konzeption und Umsetzung begleitender Kommunikationsmaßnahmen (z.B. via Kanäle der Brand Community)
- Verantwortung über Sicherstellung der Aktualität der Inhalte auf der Agency Management Seite sowie der Brand Training Seite des Brand Portals -Digital Product Ownership - Verantwortung für digitale Lösung Agenturmanagement

**Anforderung**
- Studium; idealerweise mit Marketing-/Marken-Ausrichtung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Bereich; vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen im Bereich Brand Management oder Marketing/ Marketingkommunikation und/oder in einer Agentur mit Schwerpunkt Dienstleistermanagement und Markenführung (idealerweise hochwertiger Marken)
- Mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung
- Sehr gutes Verständnis und Erfahrung im Zusammenspiel der Rollen in einem Konzern und Matrix-Leadership
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung internationaler externer Partner oder Dienstleister; optional Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Marken
- Eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte und sehr hohe Koordinationsfähigkeit (die Stelle hat eine außergewöhnlich hohe Anzahl an Schnittstellen und Abhängigkeiten, intern wie extern)
- Tiefgehende Erfahrung mit der Leitung von Projekten in einem internationalen Umfeld mit hoher Anzahl von Schnittstellen mit globaler Tragweite
- Analytischen Verstand und konzeptionelles Denken
