In dieser Rolle arbeitest du im IBM Client Innovaton Center Germany (CIC), wo wir tiefgehendes technisches Know-how und Industriekenntnisse in einer breiten Palette an Kundenprojekten im öffentlichen und privaten Sektor zum Einsatz bringen. Unser CIC bietet lokal ansässigen Unternehmen technische Expertise um Innovation voran zu treiben und neue Technologien zu implementieren.

Your Role and Responsibilities

**Deine Aufgaben im IBM CIC beinhalten**:

- Verantwortung für Konzeption und Design sowie inhaltliche Planung und Durchführung von Anwendungsmigrationen in Cloud-basierte Infrastrukturen und Lösungen, insb. mit Azure/AWS/GCP
- Fachliche / technische Führung des Migrations-Teams
- Beratung des Kunden zu fachlichen / technischen Aspekten der Migration, Erhebung von Anforderungen, fit-gap-Analysen, Durchführung von Kick-Offs und Workshops
- Überwachung der Umsetzung, end-to-end-Qualitätskontrolle bis hin zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Cut-overs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit Schwerpunkt Cloud Migration
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen in Cloud Plattformen Azure/AWS/GCP
- Kenntnisse von Migrationsautomatisierungstools wie ASR, Migrate, Cloudendure, Rivermeadow o.ä.
- Knowhow in Netzwerkarchitektur und Netzwerksecurity
- Expertise in Virtualisierung (Hyper-V, VMware, etc) sowie Windows, Linux Server, Active Directory und Datenbank Administration
- Proaktive Führungspersönlichkeit mit ”Get it done”-Einstellung
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch
