**Your Mission**
- Navigate hypergrowth: You constantly analyze, challenge, and innovate on our hiring strategies to ensure we are ready for scale. You contribute your ideas and implement your own projects across the full scope of talent attraction. You track metrics and leverage data to drive recruiting performance and improve overall talent acquisition efficiency.

**Your Talent**
- Fluent German and English
- First experience in Talent Acquisition
- High level of initiative together with a can-do and hands-on mentality, willingness to take ownership from day one
- Pragmatic, results-oriented and a strong growth mindset
- Team player that values collaborative relationships at eye level
