Im Zentralbereich Data and Analytics bündelt Munich Re Spezialwissen rund um die Themen Daten, Analytics und künstliche Intelligenz. Neben der Unterstützung der Geschäftseinheiten entwickelt der Bereich neue Daten
- und AI-getriebene Lösungen und kooperiert mit nationalen und internationalen Forschungseinrichtungen und Universitäten, um neueste Technologien zeitnah für Munich Re verfügbar zu machen.

Wir suchen Sie in der Rolle eines Personal Assistent, um den Chief Data und AI aktiv bei Termingestaltung, Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und der Reiseplanung zu unterstützen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Organisation, Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
- Koordination und Planung von Reisen, Reisekostenabrechnungen und Terminen
- Als IT- und /oder Real Estate Service-Koordinator nehmen Sie die IT- und non-IT Anforderungen aus den Abteilungen auf und tauschen sich mit den zuständigen Ansprechpartnern aus. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die Abteilung Arbeitsprozesse mit Hilfe von zeitgemäßen Tools oder Arbeitsabläufen zu digitalisieren.
- Aufbau und Pflege von Verteilerlisten und Kontaktdatenbanken sowie von Sharepoint-Sites / Document Centers

**Ihr Profil**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium plus Erfahrung in der Assistenz und im Projektmanagement mit internationalen Teams
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis der Organisationsprozesse und -strukturen bei Munich Re
- Aktuelle und sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Access)
- Höchste Zuverlässigkeit und Integrität sowie ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationsstärke
- Teamplayer mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe, viel Kommunikationstalent und sehr gutem Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
