**Your mission**:
As part of our Comms team, you will mostly be in charge of supporting our Social Media, will assist in managing content on the Website and will be creating visuals for social media and our different programmes via Canva.

Your tasks may vary depending on events, launches and publications.

**Social Media**
- Support in planning and managing social media plan
- Create texts and visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Support in with the different social media accounts and interactions.
- Social Media Reporting

**Website Management**
- Assist in the planning and management of content
- Updating the website
- Website Reporting

**Online Events**
- Occasionally could help in the planning of online event
- Occasionally help in sharing about events in real time on Social Media
- Assist in marketing and social media for online events

**Your profile**:

- you are a motivated, kind hearted and autonomous person
- you are fluent in English, and have German language skills of at least C1 certification
- you need to adhere to the CFFP values: intersectionality, collaboration, integrity
- ideally you are studying Marketing, Communications, Political Communications, Political Sociology etc.
- graphic design skills for the creation of visuals mandatory (Canva and/or Photoshop or equivalent)

CFFP seeks to create lasting systemic change by rebalancing power inequalities that perpetuate an exclusionary, patriarchal foreign policy status quo rooted in colonialism, capitalism, and imperialism. Therefore, we promote people-centred policy and work to see an intersectional feminist approach to foreign policy adopted globally.
