Für unser Center of Excellence Vascular Systems der Sparte Aesculap am Standort Berlin suchen wir innerhalb der Abteilung Produktion zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Schulungskoordinator Change Control (m/w/d).

Die Stelle kann sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit bzw. Job Sharing besetzt werden.

**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Festlegung und Umsetzung der Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der mit der Gruppenleitung Produktionsorganisation vereinbarten Ziele innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereiches
- Planung und Durchführung der Schulungsaktivitäten des Produktionsbereiches in enger Abstimmung mit der Schulungskoordination
- Sicherstellung und Aufrechterhaltung eines den regulatorischen Anforderungen genügenden Schulungssystems der direkten Mitarbeiter der Produktion
- Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Schulungen am Arbeitsplatz
- Überwachung der Herstellprozesse und Arbeitsabläufe und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei der Entscheidungshilfe qualitativer Produktmerkmale (Qualitätsabweichungen)
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung eines Konzeptes zur Überführung der manuellen, analogen Schulungs-/Dokumentationsprozesse in moderne digitale Strukturen. Hierzu sind bestehende Standards des B. Braun Konzerns zu integrieren
- Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen Wirksamkeit der geschulten Dokumente durch aktive Prüfung der geschulten Personen zu Abläufen und Prozessen (Wirksamkeitskontrolle)
- Analyse von Negativmeldungen aus dem Markt und Ableitung von Schulungsbedarfen für die Produktion
- Durchführung von Ausschussanalysen und darauf aufbauenden Ableitung von Schulungsbedarfen
- Initiieren von Rückmeldungen zur Verbesserung von Vorgabedokumenten der Produktion an die Dokumenteneigner inkl. der Unterstützung bei der Dokumentenrevision
- Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen und fristgerechten Bearbeitung von Maßnahmen der Änderungsmanagement
- und Verbesserungsprozesse (ChC, CAPA) bezüglich Prozessanpassungen und Schulungen und Unterstützung bei der Durchführung

**Fachliche Kompetenzen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
- Erfahrungen in vergleichbarer Funktion, insbesondere der Trainingsadministration von Vorteil
- gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP R/3, SAP Learning Solution wünschenswert
