You will provide a smooth and efficient bar service, ensuring our high company standards are maintained at all times. You will work as part of a close knit international team, working together to proactively achieve revenue targets. You will need to have a comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, beers and wines and be able to confidently and professionally provide information on these.
You will be expected to comply with the responsible service of alcohol policies and procedures and maintain pristine condition of all items including glasses, equipment and bottles meet the required standards. You will begin your journey attending our prestigious White Star Training Academy, providing you with the tools to embark on a successful career.

**To join Cunard in this exceptional role you must have the following**:
- Experience of working within a 4 / 5 star high volume bar establishment with international clientele preferred
- Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English is essential
- Previous bar experience highly desirable
Please note that there is no STCW requirement for this role.
- Carnival UK require all crew, joining any of our vessels, to be fully vaccinated with a primary series of any WHO approved COVID-19 vaccination as a minimum to ensure you continue to have the best protection against COVID-19, and to protect those around you. COVID-19 vaccines and boosters are proven to be effective at reducing the risk of infection, serious illness, hospitalisation and death from COVID-19 therefore we highly recommend that all crew are fully up to date with all available COVID-19 boosters when eligible._
- We will continue to offer COVID-19 booster programmes on board, and during your time on board it will be mandatory for you to attend these clinics to receive a booster vaccination or formally record your refusal of the booster in your medical records. Please note, for all crew who are planned to join a ship visiting Australia during their contract, they are required to be fully vaccinated with a primary series and a WHO Approved booster (preferably MRNA) prior to joining the ship._
