Clinical Operations Leader

Proclinical are recruiting a Clinical Operations Leader (COL) Europe for a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Europe. The client is focused on performing clinical trials for their pharmaceutical clients to accelerate the drug approval process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise study deadlines, patient recruitment, retention and data cleaning to guarantee successful results of the project.
- Monitor the upkeep and quality check of central files.
- Evaluate and offer contributions to patient recruitment and retention plans.
- You will guarantee that all team members have access to tools and reports.
- Recognise, arrange and deliver when suitable, study specific training working alongside the project leader and project specialists.
- Uphold and ensure quality of work produced and raised and follow up when suitable.
- Execute and instigate process improvements within the project.
- Evolve site selection and supervision plans for the team.
- Review, and recognise resourcing requirements and consistently supervise the use of materials over the project life cycle.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a life science, nursing or pertinent clinical discipline or work experience in clinical management/research.
- Comprehension and experience with clinical trial processes as well as all aspects of project life cycles.
- Know-how of SOPs/regulations, ICH-GCP and any other suitable local and global guidelines.
- Familiarity in clinical or clinical management within a healthcare, clinical research or CRO.
- Acquaintance with clinical research which involves pertinent experience in a team lead role within clinical functions or in organising clinical trials.
- Past involvement in an associate clinical operations leader role or similar.
- Comprehension of cross functional actions.
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously as well as prioritise workload.
- A high attention to detail.
- Works well in a team setting.
- Possesses a sense of urgency in finishing allocated duties.
- Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
