**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- Du realisierst strategisch wie operativ hands-on Product Design mit dem Schwerpunkt sowohl auf UX wie auch UI
- Du entwickelst User Experiences mit einem hohem Wert für Kunden:innen, optimierst diese kontinuierlich und verschaffst damit Menschen Zugang zu ihrem Recht
- Du designst User Interfaces, die intuitiv zu bedienen sind und dabei toll aussehen
- Du schärfst Produktdefinition durch User Research, Usability Research und Market Research
- Du baust ein Design-System für die Allright-Marke auf und verbesserst dieses stetig

**DEIN PROFIL**
- Deine formelle Bildung ist für uns nicht entscheidend
- Du hast bereits 4 Jahre berufliche Erfahrung gesammelt, idealerweise in einem Startup-Umfeld
- Du bringst ein starkes Portfolio im UX/UI Design von Apps oder Software mit
- Du hast im Bestfall bereits Erfahrung im Bereich User Research
- Du sprichst sehr gut Englisch, gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein großes Plus
