MISSION
To conduct administrative tasks and related computing processing documentation for his/her department, according to the instructions and the administrative flows established by the manager in order to obtain quality documents in a timely fashion.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Manage the internal information between the different departments.

Carry out the documentation register and issue of accounting, labour, tax, or of his/her corresponding functional area.

Organize appointments, meetings, receive visits and attend to clients and suppliers.

Produce invoices, delivery notes, receipts and orders and carry out the sales, charges, unpaid or other productive activities, calculation monitoring.

Arrange, classify and file records and miscellaneous documentation in the department.

Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

**Academic background**:
High school or professional training

**Languages**:
Basic English (written & spoken)

**Experience**:
Minimum of 1 year in a multinational environment
