We are looking for you We offer a full-time position as a **System Administrator Windows (M/F/d)**:

- (40h/week) in one of our locations in **Heidelberg **. The offer includes the option of working several days per week in the mobile office.

**Your Mission**:

- A minimum of 5 years working as a Windows System Administrator
- Ability to work cross-functionally with wider business teams
- Experience with LINUX server a plus
- Maintain the systems and tooling currently deployed
- Develop effective tooling, alerts, and response to identify and address reliability risks of our services
- Debugging production issues across distributed services and levels of the stack energizes you
- On-Call? Sure we are one team

**Your essential experience and education**:

- Manage Windows Server including Powershell Scripting
- Installing, maintaining, and configuring server hardware and networks
- Active Directory and Azure Administration
- Create and manage GPO (group policies)
- Administration of DHCP zones and failover clustering
- Manage and setup virtualization
- Perform diagnostics to identify, record and troubleshoot hardware and software failures.
- Setup and administration of cluster systems (Windows Cluster active/passive and active/active)
- Perform regular operations to back up data and recover data in case of loss
- Administration of storage systems

**It will be a plus**
- Administration of ISCSI and Fibre Channel switches
- Administration and management of DFS environment
- Process automation experience
- Setting up accounts and workstations for employees, installing and configuring hardware and software (automated)
- Manage Microsoft Office365 environment including Azure and Sharepoint
- DevOps, Site Reliability, or comparable Cloud Engineering position experience
- Design CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute ideas to improve systems and processes
- The OSI-Model is helping you understand network protocols and basic troubleshooting on network devices and overlay networking
- Your services like message brokers are highly scalable, highly available, monitored and logged
- Monitoring Experience
