Knowledge is at the heart of our consulting business As a System Architect (f/m/d) in the area of Knowledge Management, you will contribute to making our knowledge available to all our consultants worldwide. You are familiar with digital transformation and the use of AI/ML technologies.

**What part will you play?**
- Be responsible for the ongoing development of our global knowledge management platform based on SharePoint Online
- Ensure that automated processes, such as project documentation, run smoothly and that relevant knowledge is easily accessible to our consultants
- Work closely with our consultants to tailor the platform to their needs
- Derive new requirements that meet customer needs and implement them in collaboration with our internal IT department and external developers
- Deliver top-notch results, even in high-pressure situations with a strong focus on quality, excellent service orientation, meticulous work and a high level of initiative
- Begin your steep learning curve and take on responsibility from day one

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Initial experience with systems architecture in the Microsoft Office 365 environment, with a focus on SharePoint Online; knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and MS Dynamics will be helpful
- First experience with knowledge management and/or knowledge management infrastructure, ideally in a strategy consulting or enterprise environment (e.g. internship), would be a plus
- An excellent Bachelors' degree in a relevant field from a top university
- A high degree of flexibility and quick comprehension
- Exceptional team spirit, strong communication skills and reliability
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
