Aufgaben
- Gestalte den aktiven und passiven Recruiting-Prozesses (End-to-End)
- Pflege der Karriereseite sowie anderen Ausschreibungsplattformen
- Organisation und Beteiligung an unternehmensübergreifenden HR-Projekten
- Unterstützung bei personaladministrativen Aufgaben

Qualifikation
- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fokus auf Personalmanagement
- Du bringst relevante Berufserfahrungen im Recruiting mit und hast dir dabei eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise angeeignet
- Du kennst dich sehr gut mit Netzwerken wie LinkedIn, Xing, etc. aus und du bist mit gängigen ATS und deren Reportings vertraut
- Du kennst die neuesten Entwicklungen und Trends im Recruiting und hast außerdem eine hohe Affinität für das Thema New Work und IT-Themen
- Deine freundliche, kommunikative und empathische Art, macht es dir leicht neue Kontakte zu knüpfen und zu pflegen
- Du bringst zudem eine Hands-On Mentalität, Sorgfalt und ein eigenverantwortliches Mindset für die Arbeit in unserem Team mit
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Level)
