Wir suchen Absolventen mit dem Enthusiasmus, der Kreativität und dem Geschäftssinn, um echte Innovationen voranzutreiben und unsere zukünftigen Führungskräfte zu werden. Du bist voller Energie, frischer Ideen und Ehrgeiz? Du liebst es, Neues zu lernen, bist offen für Herausforderungen und hast das Selbstvertrauen, auch uns herauszufordern?

Wir suchen Hochschulabsolventen mit einem Abschluss im Bereich Business Management, Supply Chain, Retail Management oder ähnlichen Studienschwerpunkten - und das Studium sollte mit „Gut“ oder „Sehr gut“ abgeschlossen sein. Neben einem hervorragenden Studienabschluss kannst Du dein Engagement für Teamarbeit, Menschen und Vielfalt vorweisen.

Die Position wird Ihren Fokus auf CHEP in Deutschland haben; allerdings sind wir in mehr als 60 Ländern tätig sind, daher solltest Du eine internationale Denkweise mitbringen und mindestens zwei Sprachen beherrschen (Deutsch und Englisch).

Die Herausforderung

Du nimmst eine wichtige Rolle in unserem Unternehmen ein und meisterst sowohl im Tagesgeschäft als auch im Rahmen einer Charity
- und einer Business-Challenge während deiner Ausbildung zum Teil internationale Herausforderungen. Du erhältst Einblick in die unterschiedlichen Fachabteilungen und Gebiete unserer weltweiten Unternehmensgruppe wie Sales und Business Support, aber auch alle Stufen der Supply Chain werden in dem Graduate Development Programm abgedeckt; von der Produktion und Herstellung bis hin zur Verkaufsfläche beim Retailer.
