Wir suchen dich als

**Researcher (m/w/d) User Experience**

für den Bereich "Automated Driving" am Standort Aachen

**Deine Herausforderung**:

- Du beschäftigst dich mit der anwendungs
- und nutzerorientierten Betrachtung technischer Lösungen im Mobilitätskontext
- Du entwickelst individuelle Lösungen zu Forschungsfragen im Mobilitätskontext wie der Detektion von Fahrerzuständen oder der sicheren Gestaltung von Fahrerassistenzsystemen für unterschiedliche Nutzergruppen
- Du diskutierst deine Ergebnisse in einem interdisziplinären Team aus Ingenieur*innen, Informatiker*innen, sowie Psycholog*innen und leitest technische Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für unsere Kund*innen ab

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Psychologie, Mensch-Technik-Interaktion und -Kommunikation, Human Factors o.Ä.)
- Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrungen in den Bereichen experimentelle Versuchsplanung (z.B. für Fahrsimulator
- oder Feldstudien) und qualitative Datenerhebung (z.B. Interviewführung oder Onlinebefragungen)
- Vorkenntnisse in Statistik und idealerweise auch Erfahrungen mit entsprechenden Softwares wie z.B. SPSS, R oder MATLAB bringst du mit
- Dich zeichnet eine selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise aus
- Du hast großes Interesse daran, aktuelle Herausforderungen v.a. aus dem Themenfeld Fahrerassistenz mit einem interdisziplinären Team aus den verschiedenen Sichtweisen zu diskutieren und eine gemeinsame Lösungsstrategie zu erarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
