Worum geht es in der Rolle?

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Finance Controller (m/w/d) für unser Finance-Team.

Als Finance Controller (m/w/d) spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherung der finanziellen Stabilität unseres Unternehmens. Du unterstützt den Ausbau unserer finanziellen Infrastruktur für die weitere gesunde Skalierung von JOIN.

Aufgaben

Als Finance Controller (m/w/d) spielst du in der nächsten Phase unserer Wachstumsgeschichte eine Schlüsselrolle. Du wirst für wichtige Buchhaltungsfunktionen und Aufgaben verantwortlich sein, die für die finanzielle Stabilität und das Wachstum von JOIN entscheidend sind.

**Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst**:

- Finanzielle Sorgfalt: Du übernimmst die Kontrolle über unsere Finanzen und sorgst für die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit unserer Finanzunterlagen.
- Operative Finanzverwaltung: Du verwaltest effektiv das Tagesgeschäft und die Transaktionen, gewährleistest Kostenkontrolle und zeitnahe Reports, um datengetriebe Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen.
- Software-Kenntnisse: Du bist für unsere monatlichen Buchhaltungsergebnisse verantwortlich und verbesserst unsere Finanzsysteme, um unsere Effizienz zu steigern und neue Erkenntnisse beim Monatsabschluss zu gewinnen.
- Prozessverbesserung: Du identifizierst und rationalisierst Prozesse im Bereich Working Capital durch den Einsatz von Best Practices, Standardisierung und Automatisierung.

Qualifikation
- 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen oder Finanz-Controlling
- Praktische Erfahrung im betrieblichen Rechnungswesen, idealerweise im Zusammenhang mit SaaS-Produkten
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Datev, Xero und/oder einer anderen Buchhaltungssoftware
- Ein tiefes Verständnis der Abläufe in einer Finanzabteilung sowie ein starkes Engagement für Präzision, Effizienz und die Implementierung von Prozessautomatisierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (zwingende Voraussetzung), sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (unsere interne Unternehmenssprache)
- Eine Leidenschaft für kontinuierliches Lernen, praktische Problemlösungen, Eigenverantwortung und das Vorantreiben wesentlicher Veränderungen in einem multikulturellen Unternehmen, damit wir gemeinsam das Recruiting revolutionieren können
