**Location**: Western Germany

**Job Type**: Contract, Part-Time, or Full-Time

As an Occupational Therapist at Knospe-Lerncenter, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. This position will involve in-clinic therapy sessions with the possibility of travel and telehealth services. You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs), as part of an ABA-OT-SLP team. You will work with all ages, particularly infancy through adolescence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough occupational assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities, including fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
- Create personalized occupational therapy plans and interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Administer individual and group therapy sessions to clients of various age groups, from infants through adolescence and adults.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the ABA-SLP-OT team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in the field of occupational therapy.
- Provide guidance and support to clients and their families to facilitate progress and independence in daily activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy.
- English _or _German proficiency.
