- Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung in fachlicher und disziplinarischer Hinsicht unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten und Effizienz
- Definition und Priorisierung von Automatisierungsfunktionen auf Linien
- und Maschinenebene in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und den Entwicklungsbereichen
- Koordination von Änderungen bei laufenden Entwicklungsthemen inkl. deren Auswirkungen
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle zwischen Stakeholder und Corporate Automation Development
- Transparente Darstellung von aktuellen und zukünftigen Entwicklungsthemen in Form von Roadmaps und Steckbriefen
- Verantwortung für die Gestaltung, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozess
- und Toollandschaft innerhalb von Corporate Automation Development
- Förderung der Weiterentwicklung des digitalen Ökosystems
- Erkennung von Synergieeffekten von portfolioübergreifenden Konzepten

Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektro
- und Informationstechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Stellenrelevante Praxiserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Produktmanagement oder Portfoliomanagement
- Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft
