Postdoc position (M/F/d)

in the DFG-funded Collaborative Research Centre (CRC) SNP2Prot "Plant Proteoform Diversity".

The position is funded from 1 October 2024 to 30 June 2028 in full time (100 %). Salaries will be according to

Entgeldgruppe 13 TV-L, depending on the assigned tasks and individual qualifications.

**Tasks**:

- Experimental research within the framework of the SNP2Prot subproject A02 Functional proteoform varia
- tion in thermomorphogenesis master regulators
- Structural mass spectrometry (cross-linking MS, hydrogen deuterium exchange MS, native MS)
- Development of cross-linking MS for plant systems (_in vitro_ and _in planta_)
- Presentation and publication of scientific data

**Requirements**:

- PhD in biochemistry, chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or a related discipline
- A strong interest in protein structural analysis, especially structural mass spectrometry
- Knowledge in protein biochemistry and/or analytical chemistry
- Experience in protein mass spectrometry is desirable.
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Highly motivated to work in a cooperative manner within the CRC
