We are looking to reinforce the Talent Acquisition team based at our site in Salzgitter/Germany.

**Day-to-day tasks**:

- Meets with Hiring Managers to establish recruitment needs and produce accurate job specifications
- Meets assigned hiring deadlines and headcount fulfillment for open positions
- Experiments with new methodologies and resourcing tools to fill the open positions and stay ahead of the curve;
- Regular use of Social Media, including LinkedIn and other job boards
- Reports to HR on an ongoing basis, to monitor and feedback progress on assigned vacancies
- Manages reporting and data Entry, including but not limited to MS Excel / SAP
- Bachelor degree (preferable in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar)
- Proven previous recruitment experience is required
- Direct sourcing skills using Boolean Searching methodology
- A good handling of MS-Office package, Outlook, People Soft, SAP, social media etc.
- Fluency in German & English
- Sense of confidentiality / discretion
