**Intern Procurement - CORE Program**

CORE (Customer Oriented Resilient Enterprise) is a multi-year, strategic Business-led, IT-enabled global program that brings all divisions together to drive, enable and activate the end-to-end transformation of our businesses through simplification of our processes and enabling IT systems. In the Procurement value stream in CORE we aim to simplify and digitize our “Source 2 Pay” processes and systems for our employees and external partners in a true E2E framework.

Come and join us in this “once in two decades” program and help to design the future setup of Procurement at Bayer.

**YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES**
- Support value stream leaders and managers in the timely execution of process and system design tasks
- Engage with external consultancies and internal stakeholders
- Support exchange and integration with other value streams in CORE (e.g. Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order to Cash, Sustainability etc.)
- Manage own smaller projects
- Support PMO activities for S2P value stream
- Support preparation of workshops, events, and meetings

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Master degree student in business, economics, information technology or any other related field
- Interest in large transformation projects as well as Procurement processes and systems
- First experiences in project and change management
- Strong communication and coordination skills as well as knowledge in relevant MS Office programs
- Fluent in Business English, both written and spoken
