Diese Position ist für das projektbezogene Requirements Engineering verantwortlich. Der Solution Integration Specialist unterstützt das Projekt
- und Implementierungsmanagement bei der Definition von End-user-Workflows (Anwendungsfällen) und der Ableitung technischer Konzepte. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Krankenhaus-IT und Drittanbietern erörtert er mögliche technische Lösungen und spiegelt diese in Datenworkflow
- und Integrationskonzepten, Softwaresystemspezifikationen und anderen projektbezogenen Unterlagen wider. Sie übertragen Konfigurationsdetails in Checklisten und unterstützende Dokumente und unterstützen das Produktionspersonal bei der Installation und Prüfung im Werk. Sie unterstützen das Implementierungsteam vor Ort bei der Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration unserer Softwaresysteme beim Kunden entsprechend der vordefinierten Spezifikation, entweder per Fernzugriff oder persönlich. Als Integrationsspezialist unterstützen sie auch Kunden und Anwender unserer Systeme bei der Nutzung und richten das Look and Feel nach deren Wünschen aus. Sie erstellen eine Dokumentation, die die Systemkonfiguration bei der Abnahme widerspiegelt. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Serviceabteilung sind sie auch für die Wartung der Kundeninstallationen, einschließlich Updates und Upgrades, zuständig. In ihrer Funktion als Eskalationsinstanz für Service-Tickets reproduzieren und untersuchen sie gemeldete Probleme, fungieren als wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen R&D, Service und Kunden und validieren bereitgestellte Fixes.

**Aufgaben**:

- Erarbeitung von Lösungsdesigns, Systemintegrationskonzepten und Paketangeboten auf der Grundlage von Kundenanforderungen, Technologieentwicklung und Caresyntax-Verkaufsstrategie.
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs
- und Bewertungsteams, um die Anforderungen der Kunden zu verstehen, verfügbare Lösungen zu präsentieren, Best-Practice-Empfehlungen und technische Unterstützung für eine Vielzahl von Interessengruppen zu geben, einschließlich Pflegepersonal, Ärzten und IT-Abteilungen von Krankenhäusern.
- Reagieren auf funktionale und technische Elemente von RFIs/RFPs.
- Sammeln von Kundenfeedback und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und der R&D-Abteilung bei der Ausarbeitung und Definition von Funktionen und Merkmalen in unserer Produkt-Roadmap.
- Definieren, Implementieren und Testen neuer Funktionen und Lösungen (Hardware, Software, Dienstleistungen)
- Analysieren und Dokumentieren von Anforderungen auf Projektebene.
- Definieren, implementieren und testen Sie IT-basierte Lösungen (Hardware, Software, Dienstleistungen) bis zur Kundenakzeptanz gemäß den betrieblichen Anforderungen.
- Unterstützung von Projektmanagern und externen Integrationspartnern während der Einführung, einschließlich technischer Klärungen und Problemlösungen.
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von technischer Dokumentation und Arbeitsanweisungen.
- Durchführung von lösungsbezogenen/technischen Schulungen für Vertriebsteam, Produktions-/Servicepersonal, Partner und Endbenutzer als Teil des Einführungsprozesses.
- Alle anderen Aufgaben wie zugewiesen.

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium in den Bereichen Biomedizin, Medientechnik, IT-Kommunikation, Systems Engineering, DevOps o.ä. (Bachelor, Master von Vorteil)
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion von mindestens drei Jahren wäre von Vorteil (Senior-Position), ansonsten Junior-/Einstiegsposition.
- ODER
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Systemtechniker, Medientechniker, Medieningenieur, IT-Systemtechniker.

- Erfahrung in der Medizintechnikbranche ist ein Plus.
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der IT-Infrastruktur und -Technologien, Cloud-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil
- Solides Verständnis von Video
- (und Audio-) Integrationstechnologie und Schnittstellen
- Kenntnisse des DICOM- und HL7-Protokolls sind ein Plus.
- Erfahrung in FW- und SW-Administration, Konfiguration, Skripting und Bereitstellung von Betriebssystemen (Windows und Linux), Treibern und Controllern.
- Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen (mind. C1) und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
- Weitere Sprachkenntnisse (Französisch, Spanisch, Italienisch) sind ein Plus.
