Our content designers work embedded in teams where they are involved from the very beginning, enabling them to shape the products their teams build rather than just “fill in the words”.
As part of our team, your work will be valued, understood by the stakeholders you work with, and supported by proper processes. You will be supported by a content design lead who will guide you as needed and give you explicit opportunities for bettering your craft and learning the skills you need to work effectively.

You’ll work embedded in 2 product teams who together are responsible for one connected "chunk" of the user journey. In these teams you will:

- Write and design English content which will then be localised to our French, German, Italian and Dutch markets.
- Collaborate with your teams product designers, product managers, researchers and engineers
- Be supported by your teams UX lead and Content Design Lead
- Write, design, test and iterate copy in your part of the user journey
- Collaborate with the content design lead and other content designers on strategic initiatives outside of your product focus area (such as tone of voice, product terminology and taxonomy and other projects that span the whole user journey)
- 3+ years in UX writing, content design or product writing **OR **7 years+ experience in a related field with transferable skills such as copywriting, content strategy, ux design or technical writing
- Experience working in a product organisation / working with product teams in agile methodologies.
- A qualification in a relevant field such as media studies, copywriting, linguistics, UX design/research or psychology. **Qualifications aren’t a dealbreaker** if your experience speaks for itself
- Native-level English language skills. What does this mean? It means that you have spoken English for most of your life, that you currently speak English on a daily basis socially and professionally, and consume English language media. Most importantly, it means that you have been working in English, on English language products for most of your career. It does not mean that you need to have English as a mother-tongue or come from a Western, English-speaking country.
- A passion for user-centric design, inclusivity and accessibility
- Experienced in creating copy that resonates with a diverse audience

You don’t need to be an expert in all of these, but confidence in at least three is what we are looking for. We will build on your strengths and upskill you where necessary
- **Wireframing**: you are able to sketch your solutions and visually express your ideas
- **Content testing**: you have some experience with designing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative user tests
- **Stakeholder management**: you are confident in presenting your work and explaining your choices to the people who work with you
- **Writing**: you are able to craft text thoughtfully, present options, and amend your solutions based on feedback
- **User experience**: you are able to identify relationships between content choices and how people think, feel and behave
- **Strategic thinking**: you are able to make writing and design choices that connect to the task’s outcome
