**Your mission**:

- Customer Interaction: Address inquiries, guide on device usage, and troubleshoot to enhance satisfaction.
- Technical Training & Project Execution: Lead sessions on equipment and best practices, manage technical projects.
- Content Development for Thought Leadership: Produce white papers, stories, and webinars to position our brand as an industry leader.
- Collaborative Efforts: Develop support materials with sales and technical teams, coordinate scientific publications.
- Feedback Implementation: Relay customer feedback for product development and improvement.
- Support Service Enhancement: Create packages to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- B2B Business Development: Forge and nurture relationships with business clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to drive mutual growth.

**Your profile**:

- Strong presentation skills and ability to lead training with large groups of people in diverse environments
- Strong technical background, university degree in life sciences with focus on food, feed, nutrition, analytics, health
- Good knowledge of communication and active listening
- Passionate problem solver with business understanding
- Strong knowledge of current products
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects/assignments at one time and deliver high quality results in a timely fashion
- Ability to work in an environment where priorities and tasks may change quickly
- Determined and passionate about quality, efficiency, and customer focus
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Sensitive to customer relations and cultural differences
