Working Student: Internal Communications

**Thorough planning**:You will assist in planning, coordinating and executing internal communications, campaigns, initiatives as well as video shoots and internal events
- **Keep up to date**: You draft internal communications materials e.g. postings and other content for our intranet and other internal channels
- **Take responsibility**: You help manage our internal communications activities to ensure that all necessary communications are distributed in a timely manner
- **Teamwork is Dreamwork**: You work with other departments to ensure that internal communications are aligned with overall company messaging and branding
- **Reliable work**: You monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives using analytic tools and employee feedback
- **Expand your horizons**: You stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internal communications
- **Study field**: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program in communications, marketing or similar
- **Way of working**: You pay strong attention to detail and have organizational skills
- **Personality**: You have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- **Skills**: You are well versed in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- **Experience**: You have experience in CMS, Photoshop, video editing, content creation and/or event planning as a Plus
- **Language skills**: You have fluent German and English skills, both spoken and one of them written
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.

In our headquarters in Neubiberg near Munich, more than 6000 employees are working in research & development, several central functions, IT and many more.
