**Verantwortlichkeiten und Aufgaben**:
**Deine Rolle in unserem Team**
Als Venture Builder & Project Lead identifizierst du neue Themen
- und Herausforderungen, in denen Chancen und Gelegenheiten zu großem gesellschaftlichen Impact liegen. Du entdeckst konkrete, gemeinschaftliche, soziale Innovationen mit hohem sozialen Wirkungspotenzial (Collective-Action-Projekte). Du verhilfst den Lösungen durch Hands-on-Unterstützung beim Aufbau, Konzeption, Durchführung und Wachstum zum Erfolg.

**Deine ersten Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- **
Venture Building mit systemischer Wirkung**: Du identifizierst die wichtigen Stellschrauben in Systemen und die passenden sozialen Innovationen mit hohem Wirkungspotenzial. Du führst die strategische Begleitung und Unterstützung unserer Kollaborations-Projekte durch und entwickelst unsere gemeinsame Methodik weiter.
- ** Strategie & Fundraising**: Du kreierst die Vision und Strategie für dein Wirkungsfeld. Du priorisierst die Herausforderungen und Lösungen gemeinsam mit dem Team für maximalen Impact. Dabei identifizierst du potenzielle Förderpartner:innen, führst Fundraisinggespräche und entwickelst passende Förderangebote.
- ** Strategische Partnerschaften**: Du baust ehrliche und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu den entscheidenden Akteur:innen aus Wirtschaft, Politik und Zivilgesellschaft auf und gewinnst wichtige Stakeholder als Umsetzungspartner:innen für Projekte mit Potenzial oder als Sparingspartner:in zur Strategieentwicklung.
- ** Strategische Weiterentwicklung**: Du behältst die organisationsübergreifenden Möglichkeiten stets im Auge, um Synergien frühstmöglich zu erkennen und nutzbar zu machen.
- ** Community Building & Facilitierung**: Du planst und facilitierst Veranstaltungen in Präsenz und im digitalen Raum. Dabei hast du stets den gesamten Prozess im Blick, justierst bei Bedarf nach und kümmerst dich aktiv um den weiteren Aufbau unserer Community.

**Das solltest du bestenfalls mitbringen**:
Wir suchen Macher:innen mit Entrepreneur-Persönlichkeit. In einem Umfeld mit viel Gestaltungsraum und großen Aufgaben, gelingt es dir, ambitionierte Ziele zu setzen und diese gemeinschaftlich zu verfolgen.
- Du hast mind. 5 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung bei innovativen Sozialunternehmen, agilen Non-Profit-Unternehmen, Start-ups, Inkubatoren, Beratungsunternehmen oder ähnlich innovativen Organisationen
- Du bringst ein tief gehendes Verständnis für eines unserer Fokusfelder (Wohnungsmarkt, Arbeitsmarkt, Information & Beratung oder Mentale Gesundheit) und dessen Stakeholder:innen, sowie ein Netzwerk zu Entscheider:innen mit
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Design und Management von Multi-Stakeholder-Prozessen mit
- Du bist umsetzungsorientiert und kommst schnell ins Machen, damit aus Strategien und Konzepten echte Transformation werden
- Du managst komplexe Strategie-Workshops ebenso routiniert und motiviert wie Multi-Stakeholderprozesse oder das operative Handeln im Team
- Du blühst erst richtig auf, wenn es darum geht verschiedenste Themen zur selben Zeit zu handeln
- Du bringst konkrete Erfahrungen aus der Arbeit im oder aber mit dem öffentlichen Sektor mit
- Du fühlst dich sicher eine Unterhaltung auf Deutsch zu führen und sprichst fließend Englisch
- Ein Plus, aber kein Muss: Erfahrungen mit Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom
