Help us build learning content that reaches millions of kids across the U.
S. as our Content Manager for the American version of ANTON. You'll own the quality, consistency, and growth of ANTON's U.
S. digital learning content, sitting at the intersection of instructional design, editorial oversight, and team leadership. We're small and fast-moving, and we're looking for someone who loves education, sweats the details, and cares about content that's pedagogically sound and classroom-ready. You'll run the full content pipeline, from academic standards to published lessons, and mentor the team that helps you build it. Translate academic standards into structured, leveled content across Math, ELA, Science, Social Studies, Life Skills, and English Language Learning Build content prototypes that set the tone and format for new units and exercise types Own the content pipeline, from brief to final review Review and edit all content before publication Audit and refresh existing content so it stays current and accurate Identify outdated or underperforming content and lead the rebuild Manage and mentor a team of content builders Keep ANTON's content library organized and easy to navigate Collaborate with product, development, and marketing Travel a few times per year to the U.
S. for tradeshows and relationship building Pitch in wherever needed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience within the U.
S. K–12 education system, whether as a student, teacher, or in another school-based role, at a U.
S. public or private school Strong editorial instincts; you catch inconsistency and awkward phrasing fast Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new tools Highly organized, able to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping quality Genuine passion for education Collaborative and low-ego, happy to pitch in when priorities shift Based in Berlin, or willing to relocate with regular trips to our Kreuzberg office Plus: Basic German language skills Plus: experience leading or mentoring a team Plus: hands-on experience with preK–8 children The chance to shape content that reaches millions of students and teachers A flat hierarchy and direct impact Room to grow in a fast-scaling edtech company Flexible schedule; work from wherever you think best A creative, collaborative team in our Kreuzberg office Full-time position, immediate start Real reach and real responsibility in shaping U.
