Remote Compliance Manager

Growth Leads is an online lead generation company that creates quality leads in highly competitive verticals, such as iGaming, Financials, Health and Communications. We focus on building high-end websites with quality content that let customers make an informed decision about the product they’re about to buy or sign-up to. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to lead and maintain our compliance framework across our affiliate marketing operations in the online gambling and sweepstakes sector. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of advertising compliance and online gaming regulations (particularly sweepstakes models).
Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures, especially around sweepstakes and gambling-related content.
Monitor affiliate marketing campaigns to ensure compliance with advertising standards, terms of service, and jurisdictional regulations.
Canada, EU, etc.) and online marketing rules (e.g., Google/Facebook/FTC guidelines).
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance best practices.
Lead incident management and resolution of any regulatory breaches or affiliate misconduct.
Review and approve content, marketing materials, and affiliate creatives.
Maintain comprehensive records and reports related to compliance activities.
Proven experience (3–5+ years) in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role in the online gambling or digital marketing industry.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and remote-friendly environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of sweepstakes laws, online gambling frameworks (e.g., S. state laws, MGA, UKGC), and advertising standards.
Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
Additional languages (especially Spanish, German, or Portuguese) are a plus.
