Principal Actuarial Consultant (Insurance) Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid Working) Salary: Negotiable depending on experience In this in-house role, you’ll use your actuarial expertise to provide data-driven solutions for clients at a leading insurance consultancy. Our Munich-based, global in-house Consultancy are experiencing a high demand for data analysis, modeling, and risk assessment to help their clients make strategic decisions, translating complex results into actionable business insights. And in this role, you’ll see the long-term impact of your work as you manage projects with high visibility across a wide range of the company’s products and services. If you have proven actuarial experience, with a track record of creative problem solving, then this could be the right role for you. The opportunity would suit someone currently in a consulting role with an actuarial focus or someone currently working as an Actuary who is looking to develop their career in a consulting environment. Minimum requirements 5-7+ years experience in an actuarial role (ideally in Insurance or Financial Services) Previous experience in a consultancy environment would be a distinct advantage Experience in project management methods, process development and continuous improvement Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking and strong business partnering skills Excellent analytical thinking Fluent in English with business-proficiency level in German.
