Für unseren Giorgio Armani Store in Düsseldorf besetzen wir folgende Position Client Advisor (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben: Als Armani Brand Ambassador beraten Sie unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden Aufbau und Pflege des Kundenstamms durch einzigartige Shopping Erlebnisse Optimale Umsetzung der Visual Merchandising-Richtlinien Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen Verwaltung des Warensortiments (halbjährliche Inventuren, regelmäßige Warenbestandskontrolle) Ihr Anforderungsprofil: Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bekleidung und Accessoires, idealerweise im Luxusbereich Mode und Luxusartikel begeistern Sie Der Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden bereitet Ihnen Freude Sie treten stilsicher und selbstbewusst auf und haben eine positive Ausstrahlung Ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus Sie verfügen über mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse, darüber hinaus sprechen Sie im Idealfall eine weitere Fremdsprache (Chinesischkenntnisse sind sehr willkommen) Das bieten wir Ihnen: Bei Giorgio Armani arbeiten Sie in einem immer noch inhabergeführten, italienischen Unternehmen der Luxusbranche.
